• Server logs – Your IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit are stored for up to 30 days to detect abuse and compile anonymous usage statistics.
• Cookie banner consent – We set a single cookie cookieConsent=true for 365 days after you click “OK”.
• Emails you send us – If you contact [email protected], we keep your message and address to reply.

3. What we don’t collect

We do not use Google Analytics or third‑party advertising trackers. No profiles, behavioural ads or location beacons are created from your visit.

4. How we use information

• To display the website and remember your cookie preference.
• To improve site performance via aggregated, anonymous traffic stats.
• To respond to enquiries you send by email or phone.

5. Storage & Security

Our server is hosted by Linode in Sydney. Log files rotate automatically and are deleted after 30 days. Emails are stored in Proton Mail servers (Switzerland) with end‑to‑end encryption. We use HTTPS/TLS to protect data in transit.

6. Access, correction and deletion

7. Overseas disclosure

No personal information is shared with overseas organisations, except emails stored in Proton Mail’s EU data centres, which are subject to Swiss Federal Data Protection Act standards.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly.
